A Hope and a Home!

“The King will say to those on the right come who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance the King prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick, and you looked after me, I was in prison, and you came to visit me.”

— Matthew 25: 34-36

Our goal is to fulfill the scripture to see Jesus under the guise of these precious little ones who are in need of hope.

We have four communities that Children’s Hope supports with over 100 children; Musaila, Kansanka, Kalasa, and the fourth community just came upon us! All are pretty far from one another, more than 20 -30 miles apart. All the children in each community are in need of various things and, more importantly, in need of attention and care — somewhere they can be taught — not on the ground, in the dirt, or on the grass, but in a safe place to cultivate their gifts and grow into all the Lord has called and created them to be.

The children are hungry to learn and to do fun activities and that is what Children’s Hope Community Center will be all about. There is no place in the area for kids to be children.  The majority of adults have more than one child and leave them to their own devices. This area has no community center whatsoever and it’s quite unheard of, in that area. So it would be such a blessing to the parents and children alike. We want to build this community center not just for the children but even for the parents where they can learn a skill or trade.

A place where they can learn, and use their time wisely by cultivating gifts, be taught how to know and love Jesus in Adoration, and a place where they can be fed spiritually and physically, all for free under the leadership of Pastor Chama and Brian — and Jesus, of course.

The Children’s Needs!

Many in this area are suffering from destitute poverty because they have no means to start up a business or to make any income for themselves. Also, the health conditions — the children in this area are so susceptible to so many illnesses, sicknesses, and skin diseases that can be easily treated by off-the-counter drugs that we have here in the US. Some need serious medical attention and they are unable to receive that because they have no vehicle to get to a doctor, and the government hospitals leave many still in pain and not healed.

Will you help us?

Partner with us and Jesus to bring hope to these children and their families.
